- Non-Refundable: Initial counselling and assessment fees are non-refundable once delivered.
- Refundable (Exceptional): If paid in advance and service not yet provided, request refund within 3 days of payment.
- Fees for applications or document submission are non-refundable once lodged with the institution.
- If we fail to submit due to our error, a full refund of our service fee will be issued.
- Visa service fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted to the authorities.
- Government visa charges are not collected or refunded by us.
If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund after administrative deductions. Email info@sandsconsultation.com within 3 days of payment to request cancellation.
If we cannot provide the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will either offer a full refund or credit toward future services (your choice).
Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method. You will get a confirmation email once completed.
Payments do not guarantee admission, visa grant, or scholarships. Refunds are not provided for outcomes beyond our control.
